1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The item is significantly different from its description

All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
  • Digital products (downloads, software, e-vouchers)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact the seller or Wajenzi support team
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Attach photos or evidence (if damaged or incorrect)
  4. Await approval and return instructions

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to seller error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is covered by the seller
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may bear shipping costs 

6. Refunds & Replacements

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded or replaced
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or agreed alternative
  • Processing may take 5–14 business days depending on payment method
